Where do I buy tickets?
It is highly recommended to purchase your tickets on this website before arriving. Tours often sell out, so buying early ensures you secure your seats. You can cancel for a full refund if you do so 24 hours in advance.
You can also buy tickets at the Austin Visitor Center or outside the bus, but these options depend on availability.

What is the difference between the Single Loop tour vs the Hop On Hop Off Tour?
We offer two versions of the tour.
The Single-Loop tour lasts 75 to 90 minutes, depending on traffic. You remain on the bus for the entire duration and do not get off at any stops. This option is ideal if you are short on time or starting the tour later in the day.
The other option is the All-Day Hop On Hop Off tour. This ticket is valid for the entire day and allows you to get off at any of our seven stops to explore the area independently. You can reboard the bus when it comes around again. Please check our “Tour Schedule” page for the exact times we are at each stop. Note that availability for the All-Day Hop On Hop Off tour is limited, and it can sell out quickly. On some days, we do not offer the All-Day Hop On Hop Off tour.

If we are running a full schedule, our first tour starts at 10:00 a.m. from the Austin Visitor Center, and the last bus arrives around 5:30 p.m.
We are closed for certain holidays, including New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
We do not operate when we have certain weather events. Including when we have thunderstorms or persistent rain forecast for the day. In addition, we do not operate when the weather is forecast to stay below 45 degrees.

Where does the tour start?
All tours start from the Austin Visitor Center located at 103 E. 5th Street.
Even if you are taking the All Day Hop On Hop Off tour, it is advisable to start at the Austin Visitor Center. The city prohibits marking our stops, so we want to ensure you don’t miss the bus due to uncertainty about the location. When you disembark, you’ll clearly see the pickup spot.

Where do I park?
There is no customer parking directly in front of the new Visitor Center. However, metered street parking is available on 5th Street, alongside the Mexic-Arte Museum and across the street (north side of 5th Street). Additional street parking can be found along other nearby blocks, including Congress Avenue, at a rate of $2.40 per hour.
The Austin Visitor Center has partnered with Frost Bank to offer parking in the Frost Bank Parking Garage at: 401 E. 4th St., Austin, TX 78701 (Garage entrance at 406 Brazos & 112 E. 4th St.)
On Weekdays, visitors to the Austin Visitor Center can receive 1 hour and 10 minutes of free parking, after the free 1 hour and 10 minutes is up, the rate changes to $3.00 for every 20 minutes. On weekends, visitors to the Austin Visitor Center can receive a flat $9.00 rate for up to 12 hours of parking. You need to scan a QR code inside the Visitor Center to get these rates.

Our prices vary on the tour type and age.
For Single-Loop tours, an adult ticket is $34, children’s tickets (3 to 12 years old) are $22. Seniors (65+) are $32.
For the All-Day Hop On Hop Off tours, an adult ticket is $44, children’s tickets (3 to 12 years old) are $29. Seniors (65+) are $42.

No smoking or drinking is allowed on the bus.
